Privacy Policy for 2Invaders

2Invaders ("the App") is a mobile arcade game developed by Fabrizio Zaffaroni ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

The App collects the following data and sends it to a Firebase Realtime Database:

The App does not collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

2. Device Sensors

The App uses the device accelerometer/gyroscope for tilt-based controls. Sensor data is processed locally in real time and is never transmitted or stored.

The App uses Google Firebase Realtime Database to store leaderboard and metrics data. Firebase is subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

On Android, the App may also submit scores to Google Play Games Services, subject to Google's Terms of Service. On iOS, scores may be submitted to Apple Game Center, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Leaderboard and metrics data are stored on Firebase until manually deleted by us. If you wish to have your data removed, contact us at the address below and provide your in-game nickname (if set); we will delete all entries associated with your device identifier within 30 days.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
